LeAnne started in the funeral industry in the Gadsden area in 2013 by selling prearranged funerals. She attended Jefferson State University and received her Funeral Director's License. She also has her BS in Marketing from Jacksonville State University.  


LeAnne started working at Marshall Memorial Funeral Home in 2017 as our preplanning specialist. After a brief absence in 2022, the owner, Philip, brought LeAnne back to Marshall Memorial.

Courtney is a licensed cremationist and our current marker specialist. Working with Courtney gives you an opportunity to design a unique marker that will honor your loved one for years to come.


Courtney and her husband, Jay, live in Guntersville with their 5 children.

Mercedes completes our inside crew, and we are excited to have her on board. She is a Marshall County native, so you might recognize her!


Mercedes is working on her apprenticeship with us. She picks up everything quickly and wants to treat the families she works with the way she wants to be treated.

Troy Linsdey became our Cemetery Manager on February 22nd, 2023. Troy received this promotion based on his dedication and hard work in the cemetery. He takes pride in making the cemetery look as good as he can.
