LeAnne started working in the funeral industry in 2013, writing prearranged funerals in Gadsden.  In 2017, she started working for Marshall Memorial Funeral Home writing prearranged funerals.  In December of 2018, she started working for MMFH full-time as the General Manager.

LeAnne has her BS from Jacksonville State University and attended Jefferson State University where she earned her Funeral Director’s License.

LeAnne is also the licensed insurance agent on premises, and she is a notary public.

After a brief absence in 2022, the owners of the funeral home made her an offer to come back and run MMFH.

Finally in December 2023, she became one of the new owners of MMFH.

Courtney is a licensed cremationist and our current marker specialist. Working with Courtney gives you an opportunity to design a unique marker that will honor your loved one for years to come.

Courtney and her husband, Jay, live in Guntersville with their 5 children.

Mercedes completes our inside crew, and we are excited to have her on board. She is a Marshall County native, so you might recognize her!

Mercedes is working on her apprenticeship with us. She picks up everything quickly and wants to treat the families she works with the way she wants to be treated.

Betty started working for us in September 2024, she worked at Springs Global, Jacksonville State University, ARC of Calhoun County and finally was working at her church.  When her husband Donnie started working here, she volunteered to help us inside with administrative tasks.  Betty lives in Jacksonville with her husband Donnie.  They have 3 children.

Donnie started working for us in July 2024 working on the grounds.  As you can already see, he is a huge asset to MMFH and we are pleased to have him on board.  He retired from Federal Mogul and was looking for part-time work.  He was promoted to Team Leader in September of 2024.

Donnie and his wife Betty, live in Jacksonville, AL and they have 3 children.

Kolton started working for us in October 2024.  He is a natural on the equipment and has helped in the cemetery tremendously.  Kolton is married to Alexis and they have a daughter Raelynn.

Michelle was convinced to return to MMFH after a couple of years absence and she is making a difference on the grounds.  She is very concerned about how everything looks and is always looking for ways to make the cemetery better.

Jojo is not there every day, but comes in sometimes to greet families.  He loves to meet people and tries to make everyone happy.

Don has worked in the Marshall County area as a funeral director for the last 50 years.  Don and  his wife Janice live in Arab with their furbaby Bandit.
