Willie Doggette

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, May 3rd, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Marshall Memorial Funeral Home for Willie Doggette, 86, of Boaz, who passed away May 1st, 2019.  Brother James Kindred will speak at the memorial service.

Willie was born April 5th, 1933, in Guntersville.  He worked for many years for ice companies and was known to be a hard worker.  He farmed land in Poarch’s Cove for many years.  Willie was best known for his sense of humor, he was always telling jokes and cutting up with people.  He never met a stranger.

Mr. Doggette was preceded in death by his parents Willie and Mollie Doggette, his daughter Willie Ruth Kindred, his loving wives Maxine, Mary and Helen and his special friend Anna, and 7 of his brothers and sisters.

Mr. Doggette is survived by his loving daughter Edith Kindred and his son-in-law Jimmy, 2 sisters Virgie Orr and Margie Wooten, 8 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren with 2 more on the way.
