Terrina Sue (Echols) Smith-Cross

Terrina Echols Smith Cross, 56, of Gadsden passed away on Wednesday, April 10th at her home in Etowah County.  Marshall Memorial Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.  The family will be holding a private Celebration of Life later.

She was preceded in death by her father Terry Echols, and her mother Brenda Peacock

Terrina was born and raised in Guntersville, AL.  She attended the Guntersville School System where she was in Color Guard and graduated in 1985.  She had her 2 beloved sons, Brody and Cade.  She went on and became a nurse where she could help others.  She retired from health care a few years back and was enjoying the retired life.

Terrina was married to Michael Cross for the last 20 years and they enjoyed fishing, gardening, and the beauty of nature.  She loved to be outside, swimming and enjoying the outdoors.

Mrs. Cross is survived by her husband Michael Cross; her sons Brody Echols and Cade Smith; grandchildren Aubrey and McKenna Echols and her siblings:  Chris Echols and Kelly Stover.

The family requests donations be made to Marshall Memorial Funeral Home to help with the services.
