Helen Crane passed away on July 29th, 2022. Visitation will be held at Marshall Memorial Funeral Home on July 31st, 2022 from 2-4 p.m.

Helen was a homemaker her whole life. She was a great mother, grandmother, wife, aunt, and a best friend. She showed her love in many ways, but one of the best was through the love of her food, and seeing family gather around the table.

She is preceded in death by Willie Alfred and Maggie Irene Hyatt Crane; daughter Pamela Crane; five sisters Ruby Banett, Eva Cox, Everlyn Crane, Florene Crane, Gertrude Brumaloo; two brothers Billy Joe Crane and Roger Dale Crane; ex husband and best friend Kenneth Lindsey

She is survived by her two daughters and one son: Kristie Chacon of Boaz, Jennifer Lynn White (Jermie) of Athens, Tennessee; Wayne Lindsey of Boaz; 11 grandchildren: Brittany Crane, Scott Staton Jr, Cody Austin, Jason Teal, Johnny Chacon (Bailey), Carlos Chacon (Madison), Alex Chacon, Leticia Chacon, Alexis Chacon, Jaycee Lindsey, great grandchildren: Adalyn Chacon, Benson Chacon, Joanna Chacon, Kinzlee Teal, Nevaeh Teal, Tobias Teal, Adaline Teal and Jaxson Teal, Addie Teal; Brothers and sisters Jerry Lynn Crane of Blountsville; Harold Ray (Jake); sister Betty Davis from Blountsville; Karen Crane of Oneonta; Mary Elizibeth Woods- Holly Pond; Faira Nell Parker of Talladega
