Floyd Stephen “Steve” Whiteside SR, 70, passed away Friday December 4th, 2020.  Graveside services will be held on Monday, December 14th, at 2:00 pm at Memory Hill Cemetery in Albertville.  Marshall Memorial Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents Clyde and Mary Bynum; his wife and mother of his children Audrey Pecot Whiteside and his wife Brenda Whiteside; his son Patric Allen Whiteside; brother Danny Whiteside and his sister Debbie Bynum.

Steve was a veteran, who volunteered and served two tours in Vietnam.  Steve was awarded the Good Conduct Medal for his 6-year service to our country.

Steve is survived by his daughter Cynthia Whiteside; his son Floyd Stephen Whiteside Jr and his wife Dawn; his grandchildren Christian Berry, Shawn Berry and Taylor Berry; his sisters Kathy Jolley; Rita Bynum-Caines and Craig; Patty Ogles and her husband Michael; brother William “Bo” Bynum and his beloved Aunt Margie Kimberly.

The family will receive visitors at Marshall Memorial Funeral Home from 12:00 pm until 1:30 pm on Monday.
