Doris Fife Flynn

Doris Fife Flynn, 97, passed away at Huntsville Hospital on August 24th, 2024. Marshall Memorial Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. A Graveside service will be held in Marshall Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, August 27th, 2024 at 1:00pm.

Doris was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years Carl Flynn, her parents Earnest and Eleanor Fife and her brother Presley Fife.

Doris was a very strong woman who knew exactly what she wanted. She was a great cook, who loved to cook dishes from scratch. She enjoyed gardening and flowers and was very active in her church, the First Presbyterian Church of Guntersville for 50 years.

She enjoyed taking care of her husband Carl and was the glue that kept her family together. She loved taking care of her family.

Doris is survived by her son; Jim Flynn and his wife Cathy and her daughter Dianne Marrett and her husband Stanley.
