Deborah Marie (Hipwell) Brown

Deborah Marie Brown (maiden name Hipwell) passed on June 10, 2024 at the age of 74. She passed peacefully at Hillside Health & Rehabilitation Center in Zephyrhills, Florida.

Deborah was born on October 10, 1949, in Brooklyn, New York, to her Parents, Father James Nelson Hipwell and Mother Odile Murphy Hipwell. Deborah’s Sisters are Bonnie Wisdon, Pamela Shoemaker, & Jamie Oten. Deborah is survived by her Son Paul Brown, Daughter-in-law Amanda Brown, and her Grandsons, Steven Brown & Matthew Brown. Deborah was married in Florida to her Husband, Edwin Gene Brown, for 49 years, who passed in 2021. Deborah worked a multitude of jobs due to consistent moving for her Husband’s military service, that included Bank Teller for BB&T, Administrative Assistant for the US Department of Defense Schools, and Business Office Manager for Chick-Fil-A. Deborah was most passionate about spending time with Family, Friends, helping others, and was known for her kindness. Deborah will be missed.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at 3:00pm, where Deborah will be laid to rest next to her Husband, at Marshall Memorial Funeral Home and Memory Gardens, 3368 AL Hwy 205 N, Albertville, AL 35950.
