Carolyn Michelle Middleton

Mrs. Carolyn Michelle Middleton, age 41 of Hattiesburg, MS formerly of Albertville passed away early Monday morning at Forrest General Hospital.
Funeral Service will be held, Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Marshall Memorial Funeral Home. The family welcomes friends to visit from 11:00 am until start of service. Burial will follow in Smith Cemetery in the Fort Payne/Henager area.

Michelle is survived by her daughter, Allison Mathis (Chad Busha) of Crossville; her mother, Carolyn Terrell (Mack Kyles) of Fort Payne; her grandmother, Betty Sentell of Summerville, Georgia and her granddad, BM Woodall (Gaynell) of Fort Payne. Michelle also leaves behind her loving friend, Lewis Turner of Hattiesburg, MS and family pets: Deloris and Peaches. She was preceded in death by her dad, Benjie Terrell.
