Benjamin Contrell Stewart

Infant Benjamin Contrell Stewart went to be with the angels after a month-long struggle to live after being born at only 29 weeks. He was born February 23, 2018 to his loving mommy and daddy, Darris Stewart and Brittany O’Donnell of Boaz. He holds the title of first grandson in a line of 5 granddaughters within his family. Although his presence on earth was short he will be greatly missed by the many friends and family who love and prayed for him.

He is survived by his parents; his sister, Arianna Stewart; grandmothers, Kamla Reese, Shemeko Griffin and Becky Banks; grandfather, Damien Stewart and great-grandmother, Lue Griffin. Benjamin is also survived by his aunts and uncles, Jessi (Clifford) Adams, Onna Stewart, Chris (Vanessa) Davies and Jalon Stewart; cousins, Leila, Mylie, Kira, Hayden, and Amaya as well as host of loving friends and family. He is preceded in death by his Grandparents, Paul “Poppop” and Kathleen “Nana” Maini and great-uncle, Keith Maini.

Visitation will be Sunday, March 25, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. until start of funeral service at 5:00 in the chapel Marshall Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Johnnie Mock officiating. Burial will follow in Marshall Memory Gardens Mausoleum. Honorary Pallbearers will be Chris Davies, Clifford Adams, Darris Stewart, and Jalon Stewart.
